    The Parent Rights Evolution

In Mahmoud v. Taylor and Mirabelli v. Bonta, SCOTUS signaled an expanded understanding of the extent of constitutionally-cognizable parent rights to direct the education of their children regarding religion and health-related issues. School law aficionado David Rubin will provide an update on how courts are interpreting that understanding, and how school attorneys can advise their clients accordingly.

Presenter: David Rubin, Busch Law Group, Metuchen, NJ
